BPI Medical takes quality control very seriously at every level. Our repair facility is ISO certified through Johnson & Johnson and is the west coast's authorized Codman J&J repair facility. Our technicians & management work together to help ensure that customers receive the highest level of medical repairs available.

Continuous Improvement

We encourage our customers to provide input on how we can improve our operations and service. Customer concerns are evaluated within 24 hours of arrival and sent to our management team for root cause analysis to determine how BPI can continue improving our high level of service. We won't just meet your expectations; we will exceed them!
