Claims, Adjustments and Returns

If you have any problems with your order please contact customer service at (253) 883-5078 within 10 days of receipt. We advise opening your merchandise to review its quality even if you do not intend to use it right away. After this time we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately. Please have your order number available. If necessary, we will issue a RMA number (Return Material Authorization). WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS and will not be held liable for any costs associated with unauthorized returns.

Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee our ability to make alterations or cancellations to an order without penalty. BPI Medical will make every effort to comply with your cancellation or change request at no charge, however we are subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers. You are liable to pay the agreed upon price for product that has shipped or any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include, but are not limited to, processing fees, shipping and handling charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Customer agrees that it will not hold BPI Medical accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers and carriers, and in no case shall BPI Medical be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from any delay in delivery.

Site Images

We make best efforts to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of the products. However, website images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise

All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier. BPI Medical will not be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You must contact the carrier for service and remedy regarding the aforementioned issues.

Site Pricing

While we make best efforts to keep our site up-to-date, actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change published prices of product offered on our site at any time. If a published site price is incorrect on an item you have ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.

Coupons and Special Offers

Unless stated otherwise, all coupons and special offers are subject to the following standard terms and conditions:

  • Each offer may only be used one time per customer.
  • Special offers and coupons may not be combined on a single order.
  • When qualifying for special offers, order amount does not include shipping or tax.
  • Special offers and coupons are only valid on orders purchased at website pricing.
  • Special offers may not be valid on certain items.
  • To redeem any special offer, the coupon code must be given at the time of ordering.

Sale of Restricted / Regulated Items

Some of  the items listed for sale on our website may be subject to regulation by the FDA and/or their manufacturers. By purchasing these items, the buyer certifies and acknowledges the following:

1. Buyer is a licensed physician OR medical equipment supplier who will be reselling this item to a licensed physician

2. Certain items are designated to be sold in the United States only. Resale outside of the U.S. may result in invalidation of manufacturer’s warranty.
